Upscale and elegant condo living

A former ice cream factory was made into condos. Poor lighting, improperly installed, maple floors, and an open floor plan created a variety of client challenges.

New lighting, a warm mid-toned flooring, and a variety of finishes and textures helped add to this upscale and elegant look.
